Pricing and Payment Details

We believe in clear, straightforward pricing so you can focus on what matters most. Below are our rates for virtual assistant, mobile notary, payroll support, and more.


Payment methods accepted: Venmo, Cash app, Google Pay, Cash

Personal checks are not accepted.


Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless alternate arrangements have been made and agreed upon beforehand. 


No services will not be performed until a simple Agreement is signed by both parties.  Services administered under the Subscription Plan Pricing require a more in-depth Service Contract on file.

Virtual & Personal Assistant Services

Pricing Options:

  • Hourly Rate: Starting at $20/hour for general administrative support
  • Package Options:
    • 5-hour bundle: $170
    • 10-hour bundle: $320
    • 20-hour bundle: $600
       

Services Included:

  • Inbox & calendar management
  • Document organization & formatting
  • Benefits & legal assistance (e.g., CalFresh, Medi-Cal, small claims, probate)
  • Data entry, CRM/CMS management
  • Event & travel planning
  • Marketing & social media support
  • Website maintenance
  • Special projects & custom tasks
     

Note:
For specialized or long-term projects, we can provide a custom quote tailored to your needs.Please note all service arrangements require a signed contract on file prior to service start. 


Mobile Notary Public Services

Pricing:

  • Standard Notary Fee: $10 per notarization ($5 less than California state law)
  • Travel Fees: Based on location of appointment, from $10 to $45. 
  • After-Hours: Additional $10 flat fee
     

Services Included:

  • Acknowledgments & jurats
  • Power of attorney notarizations
  • Loan signing & other legal documents
  • Mobile services at your location for convenience
     

Special Projects / Custom Support

Pricing: Custom quote based on complexity, scope, and time required.

Examples of Special Projects:

  • HIPAA violation complaints or other formal filings
  • Public benefits applications as an authorized representative
  • Comprehensive document organization for taxes or legal purposes
  • Any one-off project requiring administrative or personal assistance
